*McDougall Park was originally Neil and Hazel McDougall's dairy farm up until the 1960/1970's, and where they lived up until the 1980's. Thier original homestead is now an art gallery (Mrs McDougall liked a bit of art) and then, after they both died, donated the land to the city of south Perth, who restored the building and parklands to what it is today. Some of the old sheds still remain on the property of Clydesdale Street.

Actually it's name is Lake Jualbup. It has a good playground and space for kids of all ages to play ball games and run around. Dogs are allowed on a leash.

As earlier message i think it is oldest building in the city, and it is very nice and happy to see that govt. has protected the school, and maintained very well.
