Sadly, the Western Australian government sought not to support this rare asset, and the Museum has been evicted from its location and is now closed. The collection is likely to be broken up or much of the collection placed in storage in York, WA.

4 Hellenic Drive, Dianella WA 6059
St. Andrew’s is a co-educational Christian day school run under the auspices of the Hellenic Community. We offer a holistic integrated approach to learning and a sound curriculum in an intercultural environment.
The mission of the School is to educate children academically, culturally, socially, emotionally, physically and spiritually, thereby enabling each child to fulfill his/her potential and contribute to the development of our community and society. In particular, the learning and understanding of the Modern Greek language, Greek Orthodox religion and Hellenic culture and the respect for moral and ethical living and good citizenship, are an integral part of the School.
All students from Kindergarten to Year Ten follow the Western Australian curriculum as prescribed in the Curriculum Framework and there is a comprehensive selection of Courses of Study available for students in Years 11 and 12. Class sizes average 20-22 students in the Junior and Middle Years and 15-20 students in Years 11 and 12.
The curriculum embraces the eight Learning Areas of English, Mathematics, Science, Society and Environment, Languages other than English, Health and Physical Education, Technology and Enterprise and the Arts. Values are taught in all classes and in all Learning Areas with specific note in Greek Orthodox Studies and Non‑denominational Religious Education. These Learning Areas guide the teaching, assessment and reporting that takes place in all classrooms.
Enrolment enquiries are welcome at admin@sag.wa.edu.au or by calling (08) 9375 1355.

Unfortunately the ridiculous "Due to health regulations all food products must be consumed on the premises" is a lie (no such regulation) and unprofessional. They need to come out of the 1950's in regard to this fake posh rule.

The $50 minimum seems high, ok you dont what people ordering dessert and a coffee and sitting there all night, but $50 seems a little insulting.

The hotel had long lost it's popularity before the owner decided to build apartments. When it reopened after being closed for rowdy behaviour it never was very popular. The beer drinkers no doubt preferring other places they had discovered during it's closure.
More like the booming house prices in Perth enabled the owner to pre-sell all 36 units/apartments for 2-4 million dollars EACH dwarfing the income he would make selling beers.
